Dear Business Owner:

Pasted Graphic 3
Running to Places (R2P) is a non-profit youth theatre company where kids perform, design, stage manage and tech fully staged productions and learn valuable life skills as they do so. Among the outcomes of this program is an increased sense of community, and as a business owner we believe you already understand the importance of strong community ties.

We estimate that over 200 area youth will participate in our 2010 season and our audiences will total over 7,000 patrons between January and September. The youth and families involved in R2P represent all of Tompkins County and portions of Tioga, Seneca and Cortland counties. This season, we will hold performances in Dryden, Ithaca, Newfield, and Trumansburg. By sponsoring a show or placing an ad in our programs, you will not only remind people of your business but send a strong signal that you are dedicated to encouraging and celebrating the gifts and talents of local youth. And your advertising dollars will help keep participation free of mandatory fees for the young people involved!

Our playbills are professionally produced books with full color front and back covers. (A recent example is seen at left.) The artwork for each program is created for us by Kendra Wells, a talented artist and R2P alum currently majoring in Art in NYC.
